Page numbering on page 4

How do I set the page numbers in a document to begin the numbering on page 4?
The catch is that I want page 4 to show as page 1, and count up from there.

Insert a section break between pages 3 and 4. In the header or footer of
Section 2 (wherever you want the page number) click on the Same as Previous
(or Link to Previous) button on the Header and Footer toolbar to turn it
off, thus unlinking the header/footer of the two sections. This allows you
to leave the header/footer of Section 1 empty. Then click Format Page Number
on the H&F toolbar and choose "Start at: 1."
