Page numbering problem

Using Office 2002 XP.

I have a three paged document with the page numbering in
the footer as "Page 1 of 3". I am merging that document
with 20 records. Now I get "Page 1 of 60" "Page 2 of
60" and so on. How can I correct this problem?

Hi Lorrie,

Instead of using the { NUMPAGES } field, use { SECTIONPAGES }

If that doesn't mean anything to you, press Alt+F9 to toggle on the field
codes and it should become clear.
