Page numbering within sections

I have a 40 page document with 10 sections. There is a
cover page followed by the table of contents where I do
not want page numbers. The next page is the title page of
section one followed by text pages in section one. Then
another title page for section two followed by text pages
in section two, etc

What I need is to create a footer saying the name of each
section (which I've already done) along with each page
number within the section (this is where I'm having
trouble). So if I have two text pages in the section I
need the footer to say the section name followed by page
1, page 2 etc. and then the same thing for the other
sections.

I put section breaks at the beginning and end of the
wording on the title page of each section because I need
it centered on the page. Then in the footer on the pages
within the section it creates the section title but I
cannot get the pages to number to automatically.

Is there anyone who can help me with this? Hopefully I
gave enough information so you can understand what I'm
trying to do.
