Page numbering

Hi,
I need help with page numbering. All pages in my document is numbered 0.
Both on the pages and in the table of contents. Does anybody have an idea
what has gone wrong? What can I do to fix it? It feel like I have tried
everything but that can´t be the case. Please help me. I´m going crazy!
