I have a 12-paged document. On the first page, there is no page numbering.
The numbering starts on Page 2, followed by Pages 3 and so on. Strangely,
the page numbering is repeated on Page 4 and Page 5 resepctively as Page 2
and Page 3 for the entire document. How to I get rid of this link so that
the Page numbering is continuous? Many thanks.
