Page Numbering

Hi ;

I have inserted page numbers into footer with the format
Page x of y . However when i print that document , page
numbers appears as Page x of x in each sheet .
For ex ; Page 4 of 4 in fourht page
Page 5 of 5 in fifth.

I have tried to print this out from an other PC and then
the page numbering was correct . Could it be something
related to a set up in my PC . What also confuses me is ,
when i create a new word file with page numbering as above
i don't have the same problem as in above file when i
print it.

Could you let me know ?
