Page numbering

Can nayone give me a step by step on this?

I need a word file, probably will have 100 pages or so.

I need the first 4 pages to have no page numbers and i need page 5 to start
from number 1.

Any tips? I have tried a couple of online guides but it doesnt seem to work.
Using Word 2003.
