Page Numbering

I have a report that is about 75 pages. I want to number each page except
for the first page. I know how to do that because I've done it on other
reports. However this report is somewhat different than others I've done.
The first 13 pages number fine. Then at page 14 I put a section break in.
Now the first page in the section break doesn't get numbered and the pages
afterwards start from 1.
I also have another section break in the report further in. So, how do I
get continuous page numbers from the beginning (except pg. 1) to the end
with the different section breaks in the report?
