Page Numbering

I am working with a document with several sections. I am
using Headings and would like the page numbering to be 1-
1, 2-1, 3-1, etc. Instead I am getting 1-1, 2-2, 2-3, 3-
4, 3-5, 4-6, etc. It is starting the numbering with the
correct section number but the page numbering does not
start over at "1"--I did select the option for this, but??
