Page Numbering

Hi
I have an application that performs Word automation. My query concerns page
numbering. My application generates 2 or 3 documents with multiple pages, but
what I want is for these page numbers to continuous throughout the
documentation (e.g. doc 1 displays page numbers 1-3, doc 2 with page numbers
4-9 etc). Is this possible? Basically I'd have thought I need to access the
start number for each document?
