Page numbers are cut off

I've been having a problem with MS-Word and page numbers
that are partially cut off when they are on the bottom of
the page. I normally have my margines set to 1" and the
header and footer set to 0.5", but the lower half of the
page numbers is cut off when I print on a Laserjet 2100. I
can get the page numbers to print completely if I increase
the space for the footers to 0.65", but this is not an
optimal solution. Any suggestions?

Your footer is too close to the edge of the sheet of paper.

To correct this, look in the Help for the topic " Adjust the vertical
position of a header or footer".

Be alert for the fact that you may have the wrong paper size set: this is a
common problem printing documents formatted for A4 on a Letter sheet of
paper.
