Page numbers in Table Of Contents

Is there any way of getting the page numbers to appear on the left hand side
of a table of contents?
e.g.
01. Summary
03. Procedures
07. Methods
11. Properties

etc

As far as I know, the only way to get page numbers on the left is to enable
a right-to-left language, but that would be pointless (unless one were
actually typing in such a language of course).

When you have finished with the document, you would have to run a macro that
converted the table of contents to text and the re-arranged it in the way
that you want.
