I have a simple Word document with about a 100 pages (no charts, no images,
no columns). As I scroll forward and backward and click on a different page,
it takes Word 2007 a long time to update the current page number in the lower
left corner. (This is a pain, because I frequently only wish to print part of
the document, and I need to know what the page numbers are.)
In earlier versions of Word, there was a Repagination command that forced
Word to refresh this information. Is there a similar command I can use to
force this? Or is there a way to force Word to update this more often? (It
can take 10 minutes or more for the current page number to be accurate.)
Thank you.
