Hi Rick!
It's best to just NOT print forms. They are really not very good for printing
and it's trivial to make a report instead. As a quick starting point just right
click on your form in the db window and select "Save as Report".
Thanks Rick. I actually asked the question for a friend who is just now
getting into Access and asked me this question. Since I've always used
reports to print out information, I really didn't know. I did point out to
them that it is really best to use reports when printing out information,
and offered to assist. However, they insisted on wanting to print the form.
I'm going to send them a copy of your reply in hopes that hearing it from
someone far more experienced than I will perhaps nudge them to reconsider
and learn to use reports instead.
