File | Page Setup | Header/Footer | Footer: "Page 1 of ?" in drop-down list

File > Page Setup > Header/Footer tab, then pick one of the windows, Left,
Center, or Right and type this in it and hit OK......

&[Page] of &[Pages] pages

If you have to do this sort of thing often, experiment with the little Icons
on the Custom Footer menu for other options, such as time, filename,
etc........
