Page options button in print dialog

Using Publisher 2000. I don't see a Page Options button in my print dialog
box for a compliment slip-size document I have created from scratch.
However, playing with creating compliment slips with the templates in the
wizard I see this button and can print 3 per sheet. What am I doing wrong
please?

Sorry. I have found it myself by changing to Special, Custom size. The page
Options button appears as if by magic !

would you explain that to me? I have been hunting for that empty fields
option for two days.

I was trying to use Print merge and wanted three "tickets" per page, omitting
blank merge records. The only way I could find the options for 3 per page
was to go to File;Page Setup and set to "Special size", "Custom" then 21cm
by 9.9cm (in my case). Then, when using Print Merge I was able to check
"ignore empty fields" and (under the Page Options button" set it to print
multiple forms per page. It worked out the number per page from my page
sizes. Not sure if that applies to you, but hope it helps.
