Page Options for whole stie

I know how to use the Page Properties to:
(1) change the colors of hyperlinks and
(2) give a rollover effect
but isn't there some way to do this for the whole site? Do I have use css
(which I've never used).

If you want the styles for your site to be sitewise, then yes, you need to
use an external style sheet. There are lots of resources for learning css
and you can download and use topstyle lite and integrate it into fp as your
style sheet editor.
