Page Orientation

I've checked 'Help' in Publisher and know how to change the orientation for
one page in my publication but when I do that, all pages in the publication
become the same orientation. How do you have different page orientations in
the same publication?

You can't. What you can do is to create your different oriented page
separately, copy all, paste it into the main .pub file then rotate it if you
want to maintain one document.
