page orientation

I have created a drawing on 11x17 landscape. The green palette and rulers
defualt to a 0,0 position on the lower left of the drawing. I have lots of
guidelines basedon this 0,0 lower left posion.

If I change to 8.5x11 landscape, my 0,0 moves. How can I move the green
palette to the new 0,0?
