page preview and printout instable

I have a document included with page x of y at the header.
When i try to preview the document, there is no problem,
all every page of the document is displaying page x of y
correctly.

But, when i tried to print, at the printout, the page is
printed as page 1 of 1 for the first page, page 2 of 2 for
the second and page x of x.

Could you please help, why is it happened ?
