page preview changes page size

Very confused -- Hope someone can help - when I begin a
worksheet (or open one created on another computer)
everything looks normal. When I go to print preview
suddenly every two columns is a separate page. And when I
close print preview on my screen every two columns is a
separate page. I have used this program for years and
NEVER encountered this ... help!!
