page scale to match CAD drawing scale

After inserting a CAD drawing into Visio, scaling and converting, my
dimension in Visio are incorrect. They don't match actual building
measurements. What am I doing wrong wit h setting the scale?

This is confusing because the default settings in Visio are not very
helpful. Set up your Visio page first. Then insert the CAD drawing and
choose the Same As Page Scale option in the CAD dialog.
