page set up in Photo Albums

Is there any way to create a photo album that isn't automatically 10.5x7. I
have about a thousand jpgs that are 16x9 and I want to create a photo album
and keep that same size/aspect ratio.

The easiest way would be to use the advanced tools available in Import
Wizard.

I went to this site earlier but it appears it just gives tips on how to
import a bunch of photos to one slide. I want one photo per slide and for the
slide itself to keep it's 16x9 format without it letterboxing the photo
within a 10.5x7 slide. Make sense?

Image Importer Wizard will allow you to import images onto an existing
presentation, so open a new presentation, change the page size to 16 x 9,
then import away. (Select 100% relative to slide so the image is maximized
to the slide size)
