page setup between users changes!

Hi

I tried this post in printing but no one seemed to know
the answer so maybe it is a page setup problem. So here
is the prolem again:
I have a strange problem. We produce a newsletter for
our church every week, using the same Word doc and
changing the relevant bits. We are using XP home and the
office girl uses the guest account. She is now using an
account set up for her with full rights and we copied all
the documents straight into her folder. But when we come
to print it, the margins are wrong and it cuts off the
words on the right margin. It prints perfectly if you
print the same document from the guest account! The page
setup in Word has exactly the same settings for both
accounts. We've tried changing the margins but it says
they are outside and need fixed. We said fix and it cuts
it off, we said ignore it cuts it off, we tried scaling
it, it cuts it off! We change the margins and it cuts it
off. Yet it prints perfectly, the exact same document
with the same printer on the same machine if you print it
from the guest account! We are all baffled at this and
can't find any setting that is different! Any ideas?
thanks

The problem is with the printer settings. Go to Start > Settings > Printers.
Select the printer, right-click and select Properties, then work through all
the screens. Word reads the acceptable margins from the values you enter
here. It seems one account has them right, and the other not.

Thank you for that, we went thru every option on both
accounts and they are the same. Both are set for A4
paper which is the only setting we can see that would
effect print layout. It is still baffling!
