Page Setup changes

I have an application that will be distributed to many
different people. This application will also need to
print on a specifically sized label. I can go into page
setup and set everything and save, but when I install on
another machine, the page setup settings have changed. I
have tried unchecking the Name Autocorrect box, as
described in an article. This does not solve the
problem. Does anybody have a solution, either by making
sure the settings stay as saved, or maybe someway I can
set the paper size from the user's machine.

Is there a chance that the printer being used changes? If your report is
designed to be printed on PrinterA, but another user is pointed at PrinterB
.... (a different make/model), you might see this.

Unfortunately, it is the exact same printer, with exact
same drivers. I am at a total loss. I just can't imagine
nobody has ever had an application that had to be printed
on a certain size piece of paper, with that application
residing on multiple machines.

I have several apps "out there" that do just that. Is there any chance you
haven't split the application into front-end and back-end components?
