Page Setup Disappeared

Has anyone had their Page Setup disappear? I opened a file and tried to
change the margins, and they didn't change. So I went back to try again and
Page Setup was gone. It hasn't returned since. If I don't find an answer here
my only idea is to completely reinstall Word again.

I'm running XP-SP2 with Office 2003.

Reinstall is unlikely to help. Is your printer driver OK? What happens if
you start in Safe Mode? From Start, Run, type in

winword /a

and press enter. Is Page Setup there now?

Thank you. In SafeMode, it is there. But how can I get it back in normal
mode? I'm not sure how to tell if my printer driver is ok (I'm hooked up to
three printers and all print fine).

Find normal.dot and rename it normal.bad. Test Word again. Is page setup OK
now? If not, then I strongly suspect one of your printer drivers is corrupt.
Try deleting all three printers and then install one locally connected
printer and set it as the Windows Default printer. Make sure that you have
the latest driver for the printer though.
