Page setup (Drawing Scale and Page Size)

How can I set up Drawing Scale and Page Size to a default set

Create a drawing page with all the settings that you want, and the stencils
that you want, then save it as a template.
Then create new drawing using that template.

If the template is within an enumerated template file path then it can also
appear in the new drawing listings (alternatively in Visio 2003 you can use
the Visio Publishing Tool)
