Page setup error

I have a user who receives a page setup error when trying to view the page
setup of a new document in MS Word XP. This seems to be the case only for
this user, and only this printer. This happens with any new Word document,
but no other office application. I have not asked this user to try this on a
different computer. However, this does not happen on any other computer
using this printer or any other printers on our network (but like I said
above, I have not asked this specific user to try this on another computer).
Maybe I should just re-image her computer.

We have a Windows 2003 server domain controller. Our print server is
Windows 2003 server.

Any help would be appreciated!

I would first try removing/uninstalling the printer and then reinstall
it. Then rename the NORMAL.DOT file to NORMAL.OLD and then start Word to
build a new one.
