page setup-fit to page

i am useing Visio 2007

to fit the flow to one page i slect all and then:
The File-> page setup -> fit to 1 page

However this funciton does not always work for me, on someof my pages a
white space remains in the bottom, and when i copy it to paste into a word
document that white space remains.

Does anyone know what the problem could be, and why it works on some pages
and not on others?

I just had to make sure that under Pagesetup -> Page size tab the "size to
fit drawing contents" was selected
