"Page Setup" for printing view

I have a view that is specifically for printing to A3 printers, repeat, A3
printerssssss, that no specific printer name can be specified and they are
not default printers on any client computers. Those default page setting is
A4, I failed to layout the view as A3 at all. What should I do to accomplish
this?
