"Page Setup" has disappeared

Hi,

My "Page Setup" in the File menu no longer appears and I cannot find Page
Setup in Commands in Customize in order to replace it. Any clues?

Choose All Commands in the Customize menu and drag the FileMacPageSetup
command to the File menu.
