Page Setup is inactive in attached document - Urgent !

I can't select the page setup in a word document attached
to an e-mail I received.I can edit it.But Page Setup...
menu is desabled.I tried after saving it into hard disk
also.But it also not worked.

I need some help quickly.
Thank you.
