Page setup keeps resetting to default

Hi all

Need some help with a problem I'm having with Visio 2003 and the page setup.
I created a Visio 2002 setup of an 11x17 drawing and have the page setup to
11x17, landscape and fit to page. However when I close the template and
reopen it, it's resetted to 8.5x11, portrait and 100% zoom (defaults). Other
users that open my drawings in Visio 2002 have a page setup that shows
8.5x11, portrait and 0% zoom. Is there anything that I can do to fix this
problem?
