I looked for help on the above panel in Visio 2003 (online help,
usenet, google). Is there a detailed explanation of the different
values in each field, and what each field determines?

This is really ShapeSheet values, but this is where the dialog settings get

In that dialog box there is a yellow help icon in the lower left
corner. All the options are described there.
