Page Setup Not Working - Help?!

I have a report that is a legal size document and everytime go to page set up
and set it to "Legal" - the print preview is always letter. When i got back
to page set up it reverts back to letter (even when i save after the change).
Any suggestion or thoughs on why this is happening???

Which version of Access are you using.
If its Access 97, there were some real problems with Reports.
Microsoft created a "patch" to fix them but whether its still available is
unknown.

The other problem may be with your printer. Some printers just can't handle
legal size. If you have never printed legal size on your printer, try
printing somthing on that size paper using another program to see if it works.

If you are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in the
Microsoft Knowledgebase articles:

240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'


Turn off the Name Autocorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
To turn off this feature go to
Tools|Options|General

Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a.
