Page Setup problems

Dear all,

I have a (networked) 'template' document which is used by an
application to merge database info to produce letters.

Recently, the page setup of this document has stopped working properly
- I will try to explain:

Computer 1, open up document, look at Page Setup, it is set to print
to Tray 3/Tray 2. This is how it should be.
Computer 2, open up document, look at Page Setup, it is set to print
to Default Tray. Not good.
Amend document in Word on Computer 2, Page Setup is okay.
Open up document on Computer 1, look at Page Setup, it is set to print
to Default Tray. Not good.

Repeat ad nauseum....

Does anyone have any ideas why these settings are not remaining
between different PCs?
