Page Setups for Large Diagrams

Hi Visio Team,

I've created a custom sized diagram that is 48in x 36in. Now that the
diagram is complete I realize that when it prints on the plotter it's going
to be entirely too big. How do I shrink down the size of the diagram and the
size of the page? The new dimensions could fit on 22in x 17in (the
equilivant of 4 regular sheets of paper in landscape mode).

Any suggestions are much appreicated!

Hi - haven't heard anything back on this. Can anyone assist? Much
appreciated. When I go to Page Setup and perform a "Select All' and shrink
my diagram some of the connector and shapes get messed up. Any other way
shrink the shape and the size of the page?

Move all your shapes as far into the top left hand corner as you can
get them then hold down the Control key and drag the page margins to
reduce the page size.

Or use menu File -> Page Setup and set the page/paper size to whatever
size you want and then make sure all your shapes are located with the
paper margins.

Thanks Paul. This helps some. But after dragging the page margins the
diagram is still too big. How can I shrink the diagram with out messing up
my shapes and connectors. I've tried the "select all" then dragging the
corner handles inward but this still impacts my shapes and connectores.

Or would the best way be to drag the margins to where I want them with my
diagram extending beyone the edge of the sheet and then perform a "Fit to
Page"?

Yes, Fit to Page is probably you best bet now.
