I am using ACCESS 2002 with Windows XP and Lexmark X83
printer. This week I tried printing a report in
landscape mode on 8.5 x 11 paper. The report did not go
to the next page when it reached the bottom of the page,
and appeared to skipp several rows of data, then started
the next page. After checking all the settings I could
think of, with no success in finding the problem, I sent
the report to Word. When I opened the report in Word and
checked the page size, it reported a size of 22 x 17.
Going back to ACCESS, I could see that the problem was
the wrong page size. But, I can't find the fix for the
problem. Page setup reports page size of 8.5 x 11. My
printer defaults to 8.5 x 11. I can find nothing under
tools/options to affect it. Upon investigation, I am
finding that all reports in ACCESS using the Landscape
mode appear to be using the wrong page size.
Help, please.
