page splits apart

When I create a web page in publisher 2003, and publish it to the web all of the images, text boxes, and objects move away from each other as if the page has blown apart. I am using a Dell laptop with a 1680x1050 aspect ratio. When I view the page on a regular aspect ratio monitor it looks like it should. I don't know if the wide screen monitor is the problem or not.
