When I click a page tab in One Note 2007, a blue border appears around the
the page. As I scroll down the page, the blue border is stationary as the
page scrolls inside it. Click the page tab again and the blue border
disappears. The page tab 'becomes one' with the page. Click on the page tab
again and the blue border appears again.
