page up/down shortcuts in normal and page layout view?

Is it possible to page up/down per screen of text (using the keyboard)
in the Page Layout view? It works as expected in Normal view.

Yes, what you first wrote is what I was talking about. I would like to
use Page Down so that it starts with the text at the bottom of my
screen, or repeats only a few lines (not necessarily the next page
number, so I don't think Browse by Page is what I want). This "next
screen" behavior is what happens in Normal view with Page Down. Maybe
Page Layout view won't work that way?'
