When printing a (for example) ten page document the page numbers on the print
preview appear as "Page 1 of 4, Page 2 of 4" etc. But when the document is
physically printed, either to a printer or PDF the headers then read "Page 1
of 1" for the first page, through to "Page 4 of 4" for the last.

Any suggestions?
