PageAdded does not fire after last page is deleted

Hi,

Using AddAdvise, I have registered for both visEvtAdd+visEvtPage and
visEvtDel+visEvtPage with the Document object. I get notified for both
the events correctly. However, when I delete the last page, I get a
page deleted but I don't get a page added for the page that Visio adds
automatically.

I am using Visio 2000.

Any ideas/suggestions?
