Pages are arranged one on top of the other ("tiled", is it?).

A friend has asked me for help: any documents that are opened, no
matter how many pages that it consists of (two or more), displays the
pages as if they are packed on top of each other. Only after clicking
View | Print Layout, do they appear in the normal way. She emailed some
of the documents to me, but they appear in the normal way in my Word
2003 (Windows XP), and the ones that I sent to her appear normal by
her. Unfortunately I do not know at this stage what version of Word she
uses.
Any advice would be most welcome.

Suggest that she look under Window (the menu between Table and Help)a.
