pages created using excel 2000

I have a page i have created using excel 2000 but this does not seem to want
to display on any other pc other than my own.
the document was created from my work pc and displays fine there but when
viewed on collegues pc's even after installing OWC i get a message saying
that i need IE4.01 and OWC installed, even on my home pc i get the same
message. are pages created using office 2000 (OWC9) in compatable with Later
versions of OWC?

Yes, there really is no good reason to be using the owc9 components. Use
owc10 and 11. Microsoft no longer supports version 9, 10 and 11 and that
means (this is my opinion) that they don't enforce licensing restrictions
anymore. Do not quote me on this, it's my opinion and is certainly not based
on fact.
