Pages in Notebook View

Is it possible to create pages in Notebook View that you can flip through horizontally like a real notebook, rather than scroll through vertically like a regular Word document?

Yes and No.

If you are willing to make each page be a Section, then you can flip
through by clicking the tabs. In that case, use the + symbol on the
right side under the section tabs to start a new page. You can label the
tabs, also.

But those aren't really pages, it just sorta fakes what you want to do.
