Pages instables

Tom

Hello,

I should be very grateful if someone could help me solve
the following problem:

I am using Word to write a document. Each time I would
like to print using a color printer, the contend of the
pages does not stay as it was before. The beginning of
page 2 is moved to the end of page 1, and the same between
page 2 and 3, the same between pages 3 and 4, etc...

What shall I do so that each page would stay stable and
preventing that part of one page is moved to the previous
page please ?

Please help me
Many thanks
Tom

When you select a printer, Word adjusts the document according to its
understanding of the printer's capabilities, including paper size, minimum
margins, and in some cases fonts. This can cause some reformatting.

You might be able to adjust the printer properties so they appear to be
exactly the same for both printer.

In this case it sounds like it's the other way round. Which might well be
the case: the latest generation of inkjets offer zero-margin printing.
