Pages not displaying

I am new to this, I have uploaded index and the index files but when I click
on my link to the next page on the nvaigation bar I created it does not work,
do I need to do some other linking to get it to work, it is uploaded as I can
click on it and see it but it does not display when I click on it on the
website
