My pages are numbered 1, 2, 3 etc. How do I change the display so the page
picks up what's in the page header?

There should be a small circular button at the bottom of the screen in the
page list, whose Tool Tip displays "Show Page Titles". Clicking that
button toggles the display of page titles between the collapsed view you're
seeing and the page titles.
