Pages unstables

Tom

Hello,

I am using Microsoft Word. My document has several pages. Each time I
print using a color printer the format changes, which means part of
the first page is in the second page or vice-versa. The same between
the second page and the third page: the beginning of the third page is
now the end of the second page. The same between the third and the
fourth page and so on...

What shall I do so that the content of each page would stay stable and
do not move from one page to another please ?

Please help me.
Many thanks
Tom

Try setting the page size of your printer to the same size as used by Word?

Page size *and* margins (it's in the Print Settings dialog doohicky)

If not, you could try updating the driver.. HP had some pretty ropy ones not
that long ago, that caused entire pages to be printed as black rectangles.

Make sure the printer you are going to print to is set as the default
printer before you format your document, or make sure the page size settings
are the same for both the document and the printer. For some reason, Word
thinks the document will not fit the page.
